Happy New Year Everybody!
Almost all of my staff is back from vacation. The final straggler comes in late tonight and swears she'll be in the office tomorrow. Sure hope so! We've missed you Sherry.
How was everybody's New Year? I spent mine quietly watching the New York ball being dropped. I celebrated at the stroke of midnight with some apple cider and soundly fell asleep. This past holiday was one of the most relaxing of my life. Rarely, am I able to actually enjoy time off. My mind typically focuses on work even on weekends. Still, something about this recent one was surprisingly restful and quiet. Thank God.
I'm looking forward to a busy 2009!
