So where do we get our court reporters? While our production department outputs the most consistently precise transcripts possible, the accuracy of any transcript rests squarely on the skill of the reporter we send.
Todd Olivas & Associates' goal is to provide the highest quality transcripts by utilizing the best of the best reporters for your deposition:
All of our CSRs are licensees in good standing with the Court Reporters Board.
All of our CSRs meet (or exceed) minimum standards for speed, accuracy and professional decorum.
We use the right CSR for the job. CSRs are assigned jobs based on their expertise and/or experience level with the subject matter of your deposition.
If there are multiple days of proceedings in your case, we prefer to send the same CSR to each deposition. Multiple, successive all-day depositions, we form a reporting team so your transcripts arrive by your deadlines.
Speed and technology are our friends! Realtime or LiveNote CSRs are assigned to highly experienced reporters who really are the cream of the crop!
Todd Olivas personally recruits CSR candidates from the court reporting colleges. He is a regular speaker at South Coast College of Court Reporting where he meets the next wave of graduating CSRs.
