Transcripts Available Online

Recently the Judicial Conference of the United States voted to make transcripts available for bankruptcy court proceedings and federal districts through the PACER system.

PACER is the Public Access to Court Electronic Records System (http://pacer.psc.uscourts.gov/).

Under this format the transcripts produced by court reporters are to be made accesible for research and copying in a court's clerk's office 90 days after arrival to the clerk. You will be able search, view and print a transcript for .08 cents a page.
