I was getting repeated complaints from clients about the website submission process. Apparently the system (the way it was previously designed) was throwing errors as well as submitting duplicate Confirmation Numbers. After a near-complete overhaul of the system I think it's fixed! The confirmation page is now more robust as it displays all the submitted information. There's also a unique submission identifier behind the scenes which prevents the duplicate submission problem.
